The Flower Professor offers uniquely designed programs for:
- Classrooms
- Birthdays
- Scouts
- Girl Friend Parties( for the young at heart ages 6-100)
The Classroom Program:
- The classroom program consists of approximately three hours of teaching time. Morning, mid-morning and early afternoon, or afternoon sessions are available.
- All materials are provided for each child. These include flowers to plant, soil, water, tray and clean up supplies.
- Students keep their flower creation to take home or nurture in the classroom.
- The teachers keep the creative writing projects to use as they see fit.
The Flower Professor has developed a curriculum that offers a unique, educational experience in creative writing and poetry. Using flowers, word games and guided visualization, she draws the students into an interactive, educational and fun learning experience. In her special curriculum, and with an eye towards teaching students how to live an eco-friendly life, the flower professor also emphasizes the five “R’s:” Respect, Rethink, Reuse, Reduce and Recycle.
Classroom Cost:
$12 per student, 10-35 students (35 max).
Reservation fees for in class field trips are $50 due at the time of booking. Reservation fees are 100% refundable if cancelled two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. All other fees due in full the day of your event.
Flower Professor Parties (birthdays, scouting, “girl” parties):

- Fun
Everyone leaves the party with their own special creation. All materials are provided. These include a flower pot for each person, soil, water and real flowers to pot. Your party can be held inside or outside. We like to do the flower planting before serving any food or opening any presents.
All Flower Professor Parties are:
- Approximately 60 to 90 minutes long. (Please include about twenty minutes for setup time.)
- Appropriate for ages 5 to 90

$12 per person 8-25 people
Reservation fees for parties are $100 due at the time of booking. Reservation fees are 100% refundable if cancelled two weeks (14 days) prior to your event. All other fees due in full the day of your event.
